Further to this, through consistent site entry and exit processes, Woolworths was able to reinforce safety expectations as part of normal daily operations, rather than relying on informal or manual checks. This structured approach helped improve awareness of on-site requirements and provided management with greater confidence that safety processes were being followed consistently across all sites.

In addition to operational and safety benefits, Site360 supported stronger cost control by providing accurate records of contractor time spent on site. Reliable check-in and check-out data enabled Woolworths to better understand actual on-site durations and compare them against contractor invoices.This improved transparency helped validate charges, reduced the risk of discrepancies, and supported more informed conversations with service providers around billing accuracy.
