As we move through the second half of 2026, our team has been focused on expanding Site360's capabilities beyond workforce and visitor management. This month, we’re excited to share a preview of two major platform developments currently underway and targeted for release in October 2026.
These new features are designed to help organisations strengthen operational visibility, improve risk management, and make more informed decisions across their sites and assets.
Coming Soon: Outbreak Management
Managing outbreaks, infections, and site-based incidents can be a complex challenge for organisations operating across multiple locations. Our upcoming Outbreak Management feature aims to simplify this process by providing businesses with a clear, real-time view of potential exposure risks across their network.
With Outbreak Management, businesses will be able to:
- Identify sites that have been impacted by an infection, outbreak, or other health-related incident.
- View contractors, visitors, and workers who have attended affected locations.
- Track potential exposure pathways across multiple sites.
- Automatically restrict affected individuals from checking into other locations until they have been cleared.
- Improve compliance with internal health and safety procedures.
By providing greater visibility and control, organisations can respond faster, minimise operational disruption, and better protect their workforce.
Asset Management Arrives in Site360
We’re also developing a comprehensive Asset Management module that will enable businesses to catalogue and manage physical assets directly within the Site360 platform.
Whether managing vehicles, equipment, tools, machinery, devices, or other critical assets, organisations will be able to create detailed asset records and maintain them throughout their lifecycle.
Key capabilities will include:
- Customisable asset registers.
- Asset-specific custom fields.
- Expiry and certification tracking.
- Maintenance scheduling and reminders.
- Condition and status monitoring.
- Asset history and audit records.
The flexibility of the module will allow businesses to tailor asset records to their operational requirements while maintaining a centralised source of truth across their organisation.
Connecting Assets and Outbreak Management
One of the most exciting aspects of these developments is the ability to connect assets with outbreak tracking and site activity.
Businesses will be able to identify whether an asset has been present at a site impacted by an outbreak or infection event, providing an additional layer of visibility beyond personnel movements.
This capability will help organisations:
- Trace asset movements across locations.
- Identify potentially affected equipment and resources.
- Support containment and remediation efforts.

By linking people, places, and assets together, Site360 continues to evolve into a more complete operational intelligence platform.
