Visitor & site management

Site360 collects your name, signature, position, contact details and the name of your employer when you visit Woolworths’ premises and register using the Site360 Pty Ltd (Site360) app. The Site360 app is used on contractor mobile devices and store devices.

Site360 provides this information to Woolworths so
that we can:
Register, monitor and manage your visit to our site and send you alerts and notifications as required;
Authorise the commencement and completion of works
Manage the relationship between Woolworths and your employer
Protect the safety and wellbeing of our team and community through ensuring the correct site safety inductions have taken
place and by facilitating contact tracing.

How your personal information is used

If there is a COVID-19 positive case, Woolworths may contact you & your employer and may share your details with relevant health authorities for contact tracing.

Your information may be shared within the Woolworths Group and with trusted partners who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Site360 for identity verification and visitor management.
  • Store and compliance teams to approve the start and 
completion of works.

Your information may also be shared with:

  • Third parties to validate your on-site attendance (including time).
  • Your employer.
All organisations receiving your information (including Vistrak)
are required to treat it as confidential.

Site360 owns and operates the visitor site management solution used by Woolworths NZ. Woolworths NZ will require any organisation to which we disclose your personal information to treat this information as confidential.
